Refunds for damaged or defective items

Our refund policy is simple – if any book or stationery item reaches you in a damaged or defective condition, we will replace it or refund your money, subject to the 7-day conditions below.

7-day return window

  • • You must inform us within 7 calendar days of delivery about any damaged, defective or wrong items received.
  • • After 7 days, we may not be able to accept a claim because of publisher and courier timelines.

Eligible issues

  • • Books with major printing defects, missing pages or wrong binding
  • • Wrong title, edition or quantity supplied compared to your order
  • • Severely damaged covers, torn pages, broken or unusable stationery

Resolution options

Once we validate the issue (usually via photos and order details), we will offer one of the following:

  • Free replacement of the affected items, shipped again at no additional cost.
  • Full refund for the affected items, processed back to your original payment method or as store credit, as mutually agreed.

Non-refundable cases

  • • Orders where the wrong class/course/edition was selected by mistake
  • • Items used, written in, or damaged after delivery
  • • Minor cosmetic bends or marks that do not affect usage (for example, slight corner bends during transit)

How to request a refund

Please email our support team with your order details and photos of the issue. This helps us respond quickly and also raise a claim with our courier or supplier if needed.

  • • Order ID / invoice number
  • • Clear photos or videos of the damaged / defective items
  • • A short note on what went wrong
