Shipping, return & refund policy

This page explains how Ribuk Seller handles shipping, delivery timelines and returns in case of damaged or defective items.

Shipping & delivery

  • • Orders are dispatched from our Jaipur warehouse once payment and order details are confirmed.
  • • We ship through trusted courier and transport partners pan India.
  • • Typical delivery timelines are 3–7 working days for most metro/city locations. Remote locations may take longer depending on the courier network.
  • • Institutional / bulk orders may be split into multiple parcels based on weight and availability.

Returns & replacement for damaged / defective items

We take care while packing, but in rare cases books or stationery may get damaged in transit or have a printing defect. In such cases we offer a 7-day replacement or refund policy under the conditions below.

  • • You must notify us within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • • Acceptable reasons include: misprint, missing pages, severe binding issues, wrong title supplied, broken / heavily damaged stationery items.
  • • We may request clear photos or videos of the damaged / defective items and outer packaging for verification with our courier and supplier.
  • • Once approved, we will either dispatch a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund to the original payment method (as agreed with you).

Cases not covered under the return policy

  • • Requests raised after 7 calendar days from delivery.
  • • Normal usage wear-and-tear, minor cosmetic bends, or issues clearly mentioned as part of a clearance / discounted sale.
  • • Books or materials that have been written in, stamped, or otherwise altered after delivery.
  • • Incorrect orders placed due to wrong class/course selection by the customer. In such cases we may still try to help on a best-effort basis, but it is not guaranteed.

How to raise a request

To report a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team with your order details.

  • • Order ID / invoice copy
  • • Clear photos of the issue and outer box, if damaged
  • • Your contact number and preferred resolution (replacement / refund)
